Since we went Alumni of the University, headed to the Dominican College of Psychologists, in order to give our contribution , Fortunately we join a team that resulted winner, in the same we play the position of Outreach and Publications College in such reason ;

We want to thank you for the confidence placed in me to play that position, which we were elected for the period 2013-2014 , accompanied by Martha Perez Mencia (Chair); Bernardina Torres Morel ( General Secretary) ; Olfa E. Leon (Secretary of the Ethics and Discipline ); Bridget Tuesdays ( Organizing Secretary ); Ramon Santos Santos (On Finance ); Agatha Mary Solis (Regional Coordinator East ); Olga Iris Neck ( Northeast Regional Coordinator ); Alba Iris Contreras ( Northwest Regional Coordinator ); Josefina Corona (Southern Regional Coordinator .)

As you will know , the Dominican College of Psychologists conduct as every year in the month of March Ordinary General Assembly , for the selection of new Board Members who will lead the CODOPSI during the following year, as established by Article 20 of its statutes. It is the right opportunity for us to choose new members matching the criteria of the Law 22-01 , the Code of Ethics and Discipline ; and also to comply with the Statutes , for the good of our school and all Dominicans psychologists.

As manager of Outreach and Publications CODOPSI , we are. We do not want to overlook thanks to you , we have made the paper we set , Thanks to all Acquired have extensive experience as a professional and as a board member . In our role as manager of outreach and publications , prepared the following detailed summary of the tasks in which we had the opportunity to participate :

On 8 April 2013, we initiated activities , immediately trying to keep colleagues informed of events and activities for Social networking via facebook , email, as well as visits to universities, and phone calls personalized manner , the 11/04/2013 , the day celebrated in UTESA Psychologist , Sto. As at June 02 With the aim of promoting the growth and integration of Psychologists of the Seibo Province , was sworn in Provincial core of that community. Two consecutive Sunday in San Cristóbal , were dedicated to the first multiplier workshop on " Ethical and Legal Standards and regulations in the psychological exercise in RD

The Dominican College of Psychologists, obtained good achievements to be integrated for the first time the National Council for Social Security Fund (CNSS ); taking this time as representative to the psychologist Angela Caba .

Active participation in the negotiations of the College through the Health Coordinator , resulted in the adoption of a comprehensive proposal benefits for psychologists and health professionals working in the health ministry , an increase is agreed on a 10% in salary and pension and retirement of 100% for employees, and seniority incentive payment .

Several meeting Psychologists share with the Northwest Regional , which both scored as an achievement in its own local directive in Santiago Province , with the aim of enabling the role of codopsi in that region were performed .

We appreciate the participation and contribution of different psychologists in the TV Show MANUEL & HERMES , which airs from 5 to 6pm. By CRTV channel 4 , they discussed various issues related to aspects of social life in our country . Among them: Martha Perez Mencia , Nathalie Sanchez, Annia Moon, Eladio Hernandez, Ana Diaz Deysi , Bianka Melo, Alida Gomez, Nelida Cortorreal , Felix Cepeda, Daianara Moya, Joan Gil, Darian Ramirez, Nicholas Gonzalez, Nhelka Guillen , Decibon Francois, Edra Noemi Vasquez, Daniela Zallas , Vianka of Saints Sugey Figuereo , Jairo Mercedes, Yennifer Pimentel, Perla Robles, Gamalier del Rosario , Carmen Santos Yanet Cruz, Aida Torres, Lourdes Alburquerque, Fior Daliza Alcántara and Carlos Almonte server, etc. in this part ... work hard .

Generally speaking Dominican College of Psychologists sold out several interviews in different Television programs that contributed to the strengthening and development of the Dominican psychology, these programs were ; Leaders Speak by Amet 47; Opinion 6 channel slope ; and to the " Just for Women " . Also Channel 13 , Channel 37 and CDN Canal 23 , were the spaces that the school remained active . Radial Several programs were visited by the codopsi Sol 106.5 , "Road to Light " on 97.07 ; Participation in the program with Ana Simo . In that same Order were conducted Different newspapers publications including National Movement (Today , Listin Diario , Diario Libre and National ); The representative of the Province CODOPSI Seíbo ; also had participation in local channels The Province ; tracks of psychology focused society.

The Lanzo CODOPSI its first newsletter , which many of you had the opportunity to receive , in order to keep informed on all tracks to Psychologists on the actions of the school . Here we also strive .

They conducted a series of workshops , in which the majority were present on " Standards and Ethical and legal for the Professional Practice of Psychology in RD Regulations , They were made in different parts of the country aimed at students of term and psychology professionals , these places were ; Uneven National Evangelical University , enclosure Holy Sunday, July 6, 2013 , and enclosure Santiago , August 24, 2013 . Open University for Adults ( UAPA ) , Nagua enclosure, Saturday 10 August; the same day in the afternoon we were in Santo Domingo Este enclosure. The Codopsi , had the backing of various Sizes , including: management of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders , Play Therapy . Also avalo other graduates in different areas of psychology aimed at strengthening the knowledge and practice of professional conduct. These were in the areas of Human Resources (HR) ; Clinical Psychology ; psychopathology ; Child Psychology ; taught in Santo Domingo, as well as inside the country.

The CODOPSI Together with other organizations , such as the Dominican Society of Psychiatry , PACAM , Ministry of Women , the prosecution , among others, gestated by the cabinet of the Vice Presidency of the Republic , constituted a permanent table for action and research to reduce violence in our country .

The proposed CODOPSI on 14 August, the establishment of a Mental Health Collective , bringing together not only the professionals in the field , but also affected populations, to bring to the general population need to understand mental health as a right.

It was started with the representative of the MLB an agreement to work together to work in an integrated way the psycho aspects resilience among others, players relesed ( players not filmed ) , and help them to acquire skills that will enable them to continue their life so adequate .

EVOPSI was name given to a team of psychology students from different universities, to be Codopsi volunteers in different activities and may also be developing their own space research .

As stated earlier this is only a summary of the day day Dominican College of Psychologists, 2013-2014 , in which we strive regardless of the weaknesses found or criticism , you are witnesses that we did our best to carry out our mission.

Psychologists Dominicans , El CODOPSI , is a space for all, all have the same right , according to Article 9 of the law 22-01 , as a regulatory agency . you also need to contribute their comings and participation in activities to strengthen the same .
Let's elect our Representatives ; us and our team, we will support those who fit the bill 22-01 , Code of Ethics and Discipline and the Statutes of the College, and will permanently open on all initiatives taken by the Directive elected out in defense of Psychologists all Dominicans .

Of course, we wish success to the directive on April 6 Codopsi take the reins . We look forward to directing us for the good of our school , the Integrity Psychologists nationwide and Development of the Dominican Psychology ..
